Great Things to Come for Braves

Jack and I, the Co-Directors of the Bay State Braves AAU Program, could not be more excited for this upcoming season. Beginning in September we hosted outdoor practices with our all of our teams which we have expanded to include two 12U's, a 13U, and a 14U. As coaches we had a blast and it sounds like all the boys did too!

Now that we have moved into October, Mario Hines of Xplosive Performance Academy has stepped in to help our athletes become, well, more athletic. His background as a wide receiver in the NFL lends itself perfectly to teaching kids how to become stronger while maintaining flexibility and quickness.

Once we finish up our strength and conditioning sessions, we will be wrapping our fall up with a program-wide meeting on November 5th at 10am at DC Baseball Academy. Light snacks and beverages will be provided and Dr. Chris Hauck will be speaking for a bit on a couple very interesting topics.

Braves families stay tuned for some more exciting news to come soon!
