Director of Operations | Spring '14 - Current

Having taken over the role of Director of Operations for the 2017/2018 season, I am proud to say that we have increased our number of teams by more than double. My 2019 13U team finished top five in the EBL.

General Manager | Winter '12 - Current

As General Manager it is my goal to create an atmosphere of success and positive reinforcement. Our mission at DCBA is to create a unique lesson plan for each client that walks through our doors, eventually helping them to achieve success not only on the diamond, but off it as well.

Needham Rockets 14U NEEBL | Spring '15

As the inaugural coach for the Needham Rockets 14U travel team I helped to establish the program and create a base to build upon. In spite of our losing record this team grew tremendously from September '14 to June '15. We ultimately played very competitive baseball against teams well above our level of skill. This program will act as a feeder team for the Needham High School freshman baseball team.

Nokona Chiefs 13U NEEBL | Spring '13

I was first employed in New England as a travel baseball coach with the Nokona Chiefs. During 2013 I split duties with my co-coach and helped the team have an extremely successful season in the most competitve league in New England. We won the Under Armor Memorial Day Tournament in Connecticut and placed 3rd overall in the NEEBL Div. 1.
